On the Notifications page, you can configure a banner message that will appear on screenfor all users in all Organizations. We can use this temporary banner to communicate important information to all Feedback users when they log in. This could be to announce upcoming changes, ongoing issues, or other critical information that we want all users to see.

In the example below, we have configured a message advising users that our documentation has moved to a new URL.

There are three configurable fields on this page:

• Banner Message: Enter a message here to be displayed on the banner. You can use HTML to enhance the style and formatting of the text.
• Notification Type: Select one of the available colors to support your message. When selecting a color, consider the type of message you're sending, it's urgency, and the impacts to clients. In the example above, we chose the yellow banner, because clients needed to act on the message by updating their bookmarks.
• Enable Temporary Banner Notification: Toggle the slider On to activate the message, then toggle it Off when you're ready to remove the message.
