Outreach in Licensing
Outreach requires a valid VHT Callback license in order to function.
Once Outreach is licensed in the VHT Callback application, designate what queue groups are able to use the Outreach licenses. Outreach licenses can be provisioned in the Licensing application of the Launchpad.
Try it: Enable Outreach in Licensing
- Identify the queue group and the license feature you want to enable.
- Verify the group contains at least one enablement.
- Toggle the switch to ON to enable the feature, OR toggle the switch to OFF to disable the feature.
- Click Save changes to save the enablement for the queue group.
