Outreach in the Configuration Management

The \\Virtual Hold Technology\ConfigurationManagement directory contains the roundrobin.seed file. The file must contain the following lines in order for Outreach to work:

%% ex: ft=erlang;ts=4
{queue_manager,[
{"hostname",9999}
]}.

Important

If the file only contains the hostname, or does not match the example, update the contents of the file.
