Rival reports

Rival reports display rival information collected from each of the different social sources in Rival lists. There are two types of reports:

  • Rival comparison — Compares a unit to a list of rival locations

  • Rival responses — Allows for reading reviews from different social media sources for rival locations.

Restriction: Scores from Bazaarvoice are excluded from Rival reports.

Rival comparison

Rival comparison compares a location (Unit) against a single Rival list. It shows the property's average score together with each of the rivals from the selected Rival list, as well as the number of responses in the last 12 months, trends and a Ranking by Source.

Rival responses

Rival responses show reviews from social sources for rival locations. It displays the review overall score, date, and comment for each rival from the selected Rival list.

Note: Custom modules use either a Custom Rival list, an STR Rival list, or a Nearby Rivals list, as set by the Make STR the default comp set property on Feedback > Social Media > Rival List Import > Settings.
