These steps list the best practices when installing and signing in to Medallia Voices TV. To connect your Apple TV to your Medallia Voices TV account, make sure you are on the home screen and follow the steps below:
Install the Medallia Voices TV app.
From the home screen, select the App Store.
In the App Store, search for Voices TV app and then select Get to start installation.
After installation, the Voices TV app appears on the home screen.
Sign in to Medallia Voices TV app.
Open the Voices TV app.
Enter company ID.
Enter your company name as your company ID and click Login to generate your unique login link.
Scan QR code or open web browser
The app displays a URL and a QR code with a unique code to enter:
Enter your credentials
Enter your user name and password, and select Log in.
Your device is now connected to your Medallia Voices TV account and you can now Use Medallia Voices TV.
