Medallia Voices TV application provides a simplified platform to see what respondents are saying by displaying Medallia Voices on televisions and cycling through feedback. Voices TV engages and helps stay close to customers, employees, and business.

Voices TV presents responses as visually appealing cards that cycle with a configurable rate using a demo mode on your TV:

Restriction: Medallia Voices TV is only supported on Apple TV.

Voices TV includes these additional features:

  • Optional QR code — Takes you to the feedback on browser or app to take further action, or to a custom URL to be displayed on all cards.

  • Additional customization — You can configure:

    • Light/dark mode toggle
    • Card display duration
    • Font size
    • Frequency feedback is refreshed

If using Medallia Speech, cards display an audio transcript and embedded audio feedback as follows:
