Link an action plan

Learn how to link an existing action plan to a record from a Responses Form report.

Each action plan may be linked to one or multiple records to better track program initiatives, accomplish goals set out, and enhance important KPIs related to the action plan.

When you access the Action Plans screen, you can view the number of records linked to an action plan:

To link an action plan to a record from a Responses Form report or a reporting module, follow these steps:

  1. After opening a record, click Action Plan.
  2. In the Action Plan menu, select Link existing plans to this record.

  3. In the side panel, selectLink icon Link Plan to tie this record to an action plan.

    Restriction: You can link up to 100 records to an Action plan.
The action plan is now linked to the record. To unlink the action plan, see Unlink an action plan.
