Create and Manage Activity Types
- In MXO, choose Configure.
- Select Activity Types.
- Click Create.
- In the Create Activity Type dialog box, enter the name of the Activity Type that you want to create.
- Optionally, provide a unique Activity Type Code for your new Activity Type. Important: You must provide an Activity Type Code if you want to use the Customer Event APIs to track customer activity that occurs outside of MXO.
- Click Save.
Edit an Activity Type
- In MXO, choose Configure.
- Select Activity Types.
- Click the Activity Type you want to edit.
- Make your required changes and then click Save.
Delete an Activity Type
- In MXO, choose Configure.
- Select Activity Types.
- Highlight the Activity Type you want to delete and click the Delete icon.
- Click Yes, delete it.
