Medallia has a written disaster recovery and business continuity program that is committed to by the leadership of the company. The plan includes:

1. Risk management and business impact analysis activities to identify recovery priorities

2. Processes for notification of stakeholders

3. Processes for disaster recovery

The plan is regularly tested and reviewed through the enactment of tabletop exercises and team reviews.
