Zendesk

An integration between Medallia Agent Connect and Zendesk enables you to send feedback requests to customers automatically after your team closes tickets in Zendesk. You can also include survey links in your Zendesk tickets, synchronize service recovery processes, and install the Zendesk app to use your integration on mobile devices. Work with your Agent Connect Client Success Manager to build an integration that meets your team's needs and objectives.

Important: Before you begin the integration, ensure that you have entered a test email address in Agent Connect and have collected your test and production API credentials. For more information, see Integrations.
