Keep up with your performance over time.

As well seeing your stream of feedback throughout the day, you can also see how your performance is changing over time. Click Performance in the top navigation bar to access your personal performance dashboard. Here you can see your key performance metrics, Areas of Excellence and Improvement, current goals, and Achievements.

This is a great page to check at the beginning and end of every week and before your 1:1 meeting with your team leader!
