Delay welcome emails

Avoid sending welcome emails until your organization is fully configured.

As you configure your Agent Connect organization for the first time, you might prefer to wait until everything is ready before inviting users. If so, you can use delayed welcome emails to take the time you need before users arrive.

Create users in bulk

The bulk user creation process includes an option to delay sending welcome emails to new users. On the Manage Team page, open the Add Users dropdown menu and select "Bulk Create Users" to begin.

When creating users in bulk, you will see an option to delay welcome emails. This will queue up all of your welcome emails for the team members you just added in bulk without sending them.

Note: Welcome emails are sent in one batch to all users who have been created with the welcome emails delayed. If you would like to invite your users in separate batches, you will need to create the users in separate batches and then deliver the welcome emails to the newly created users as needed.

Send delayed welcome emails

When you are ready to send the delayed welcome emails, simply select "Send Delayed Welcome Emails" in the Bulk Actions menu on the Manage Team page.

This will send all of your queued welcome emails in bulk, and your users will then be able to log in.
