Sending thank-you emails

When you send invitations via Medallia Agile Research, you can automatically send a thank-you email as soon as a respondent reaches the thank-you page.

To set this up, complete the following steps:

  1. Open your survey.
  2. Select Distribute.

  3. Select Add / Remove Channel.

  4. Select Email, then select Send with Agile Research's email system.

    Email.

  5. Click Save.

Now you can activate the thank-you email by completing the following steps:

  1. Select Distribute > Email.

  2. Select Thank-you email.

  3. Click Edit to change the contents of the mail.

  4. Click View to see a preview version of the email in your browser.

  5. To send an example to yourself or your colleagues via email, click Send preview mail.

  6. Select Active from the dropdown menu to activate your thank-you email.

You can use the Thank-you email to thank your respondents for their time, provide them with a printable coupon or discount code, or send them a link to their own answers so they can print them.
