Viewing and managing user profiles

Profiles are a summary of personal details about users and the settings that enhance the user's experience while using Medallia Ideas. The personal details include the user's name, the date they joined the Community, and other information as defined by the Community administration. And when enabled, the profile also provides a summary of the user's activity and rankings within the community.

View any user's profile by clicking on their name when it is shown in Medallia Ideas.

Locate your profile details by clicking your My Profile icon in the upper right.
