Testing Callback after installation
Check vital components of an On-Premise Callback installation to prepare for activation.
Overview
After you install and configure the components, you must start Virtual Hold and test it. In this section, you verify Windows services are started, test EyeQueue, check line status, and make test calls.
Verifying Windows Services are Started
-
Open the Services window. Navigate to Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services.
-
Verify the Virtual Hold Windows services (names begin with VHT or VHT_) are started. If necessary, right-click on any unstarted Windows services and select Start.
