System Status display in web apps
Understand system status indicators in web apps.
Overall status of the system is shown in the lower right corner of the On-Premise Callback web applications:
- Dashboards
- Configuration
- System Management
- License Server
An icon and a system status message indicate the overall condition of the system. Refer to the following table for the status icons, messages, and descriptions.
| Message | Description |
|---|---|
| System is operational | The minimum number of critical solution set components are up and the system is ready to handle calls. |
| System is starting | One or more of the minimum number of critical solution set components are initializing while the remaining components are started. |
| System status is unknown | One or more On-Premise Callback servers have lost connection, or at least one component in the solution has lost a heartbeat. |
| System is not ready | The system is not up and ready to handle calls because it does not have the minimum number of critical solution set components available. For example, some critical components could be starting, some stopped, and others fully functional. |
