Showing or hiding the Back button on surveys
Respondents can use the Back button to return to an earlier page in a survey without losing their previous responses. To show the Back button, complete the following steps:
- Open your survey.
- Select Settings > Appearance.
Select Show / Hide screen elements. Select the Show 'Back' button checkbox.
Click Save.
To hide the Back button, deselect the Show 'Back button checkbox.
