Before you can present your content and engagement configurations to customers, you must publish that content. Publishing your content pushes your changes to your live environment.

Publishing in MXO is a three-step process:

• Review your list of recent changes and select the changes you want to add to a new snapshot.
• Push your selected changes to the Launchpad.
• Publish those changes to your live environment.

Optionally, you can preview the changes you have on the Launchpad, using the MXO Extension or MXO Bookmarklet, to perform any final testing before pushing them to your live environment.
