Top best/worst interactions table
To help those responsible for case management, the Top X Best and Worst Interactions tables show the best and worst survey interactions based on an aggregation of all Number and NPS questions responded to in each survey.
By default, the tables will show the most recent 10 interactions of each type. You can change this number using the input box at the top of each table. You can view the details of a particular survey by clicking the view details icon. If you have reviewed or are reviewing the interaction and want to avoid another user doing the same, you can click the Mark Reviewed button to hide the survey from the default view.
To see interactions that have been marked as reviewed, click the check box labeled Show Reviewed at the bottom of the table.
