Shared assets
Manage surveys, emails, designs, fields, and other key assets used to collect direct feedback through Experience programs
Shared assets include surveys, survey designs, emails, fields, and other key assets used for feedback collection within Medallia Experience Cloud. These assets can be used and shared across different Experience programs.
Shared assets include:

Surveys — Guide survey takers to answer questions about their experiences, by asking specific questions that measure the interaction between individuals and company units.

Survey designs — Define the appearance and branding of surveys, including the colors, the fonts, the images, etc.
Distributions — Define the content of email messages sent to potential survey takers to distribute surveys and put together and send emails to invitees. They combine an email with respondent data to produce the specific message that is sent to each survey taker. For more information, see Distributions and Rules.

Feedback responses — Define the content of the messages to to close the loop with respondents.

Program fields — Lists all fields available in your instance, which is the way Experience Cloud stores information to use in surveys, emails, reports, etc.

Sampling filters — Identify the email invitations to include or exclude during the Sampling process, usually based on business rules.

Quarantine rules — Avoid sending surveys too frequently to the same invitees.

Question libraries — Question libraries are a collection of different pages, content groups, and elements from existing surveys that help you to kick-start the building of new surveys.
Access Shared assets
To use Shared assets, roles need one or more of Feedback and Fields permissions listed in Administrative permissions depending on the assets to manage. For more information, see:
To access Shared assets, click the Shared Assets tile under the Signal capture section, and select either Surveys, Survey designs, Survey emails, Feedback response, Program fields, Sampling filters, Quarantine rules, or Question libraries:
