Interaction Points
Interactions are the key elements of the customer experience, representing the ongoing conversation between your customer and your organization at any of your Touchpoints.
Interaction Points let you:
- Capture customer activity,
- capture customer input, and
- return optimized content to your customer during those interactions.
What information can I view on the Interaction Points page?
The Interaction Points page provides you with a list of all Interaction Points configured for a particular Touchpoint. You can switch between Touchpoints, using the drop-down menu, on the top-left of the screen.
The Interaction Points page also provides you with the following details about each Interaction Point:
- Name and path for the Interaction Point.
- Number of configured Capture and Optimization Points.
- Whether or not customers on that Interaction must be Verified.
- Interaction Point Status; is the Interaction Point published or unpublished, or has it been modified?
- Date when the Interaction Point was last modified.
- Name of the last person to modify the Interaction Point.
