temp - MFA release note
Agent Connect now requires multi-factor authentication (MFA) via email for all users who do not use single sign-on (SSO). This requirement helps to ensure that only authorized users are able to access your organization's data.
To ensure maximum security of your data, no exceptions can be made to the MFA policy for any user or role.
To learn more about the MFA requirement and the user experience, see Policies: Single sign-on (SSO) and Multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Additional impacts
To support the MFA policy, users are now required to use their official company email address in their profile (personal email addresses may not be used). This helps to ensure that MFA codes are only sent through your organization's email infrastructure.
Creating and updating user accounts in bulk now requires email addresses to be present for all affected accounts, as well.
