Medallia Agent Connect provides a QA Data Return API that allows Admins to retrieve QA reviews programmatically into your local system. For detailed information, see the Agent Connect API documentation.

You can retrieve reviews from any time period. However, there is no default time period. If you do not specify a time period or filter by sequence_id, the QA Data Return API retrieves all data starting from the first record, up to a maximum of 1,000 records. Medallia recommends using a sequence_id to ensure that you have a complete and updated data set.
