Friendbuy Integration: Using Agent Connect to Drive Referrals
A happy customer is a powerful asset. With our new integration with Friendbuy, a referral marketing program, you can now ask your customers to refer a friend after a great service interaction.
How it Works:
Create an embedded widget in your Friendbuy account for Agent Connect (If you don't already have a Friendbuy account, you can trial it for 30 days). You can also copy an existing widget. All of the Friendbuy embedded templates will fit perfectly onto your Thank You page
Go into your Admin console within Agent Connect and click on Marketing
Turn on the Friendbuy option
Enter your Friendbuy Site ID and Widget ID and hit Save.

You may need to update the Thank-You page headline as well. To do so, go to the Admin console, click Experience and then click Positive Response.
You're done! Customers who rate an agent 4 or 5 stars will see your Friendbuy widget, and your marketing team will be able to track shares, clicks and purchases through your Friendbuy account.
Best Practices:
Friendbuy has a lot of best practices on their site about optimizing widgets, one of which is to make the widget work with the rest of the page it's on. To optimize the widget for Agent Connect, you can tailor it to reference the great experience that the consumer just had with your team. An easy way to do this is to have your email template mention "I just had a great experience with <your company name>."
Whether you're creating a new widget or using an existing template, it's important to have a widget dedicated to Agent Connect so you can track all the sales that result from your great service!
Be sure to optimize your Friendbuy widget for mobile given over half of Agent Connect responses are received from mobile devices.
