Company Trends Dashboard

Discover trends across your organization.

The Company Trends dashboard provides an overview of your organization in Medallia Agent Connect, showing aggregated scores and visualizing trends. To open the Company Trends dashboard, click Trends in the Agent Connect navigation bar, then click Company.

Filters

You can use the filters at the top of the dashboard to refine the data displayed on the page.

The following filters are available:

  • Date Range
  • Channel
  • Language
  • Tags
  • Teams
  • Groups
  • Brands

To receive an email with a snapshot of Company Trends data for the past seven days on a configurable schedule, click Subscribe.

Top three metrics

The top of the report shows the three trend metrics configured for your company on the Metric Configuration page. You can use the dropdown menu on the third tile to view any other metric, as well.

Click any of the three tiles to see trend data for that metric in the charts beneath it:

Company trend data over time

The example above shows trend data for the Percent Promoters metric related to NPS. The first chart shows trending data over time, while the smaller charts show that same data segmented by channel and language. You can hover over any data point in these charts to see more details.

Tags charts

The Tags charts show the top tags used in your interactions. These charts can help you identify trends and movement in the content of interactions.

The Biggest Moves chart shows the tags with the largest changes in score in the specified time period. The Top and Bottom chart shows the tags associated with interactions that received the highest and lowest scores.

Click See all tags to open the Tags report, which shows score data for all tags. To learn more, see Summary reports.

Teams charts

The Teams charts show the teams who have improved or declined the most in the selected time period. These charts show the number of responses, the selected trend metric, and a comparison of the current data with the previous time period.

Click See all teams to open the Teams report, which shows more detailed data for each team.

Team Members charts

The Team Members charts show the Team Members with the most improved or decreased performance over the selected time period. Similar to the Teams charts, the Team Members charts show the number of responses, the selected trend metric, and a comparison of the current data with the previous time period.

Most improved and most declined Team Members

Click See all team members to open the Team Members report, which shows more detailed data for each team.

Areas of Excellence and Areas of Improvement charts

The Areas of Excellence and Areas of Improvement charts show the raw count and percentage of each area during the selected time period. Click any area to open a side panel with all of the interactions fitting that area, even those outside of the time period selected in the dashboard.
