Step 3 - Define the Activity to Capture
In MXO , define the type of activity you want to track and capture for customers.
For the purposes of this exercise, we will create a new Activity Type, called View Product, to capture that a customer views a particular product page.
To define your Activity Type
- In MXO , choose Configure.
- Select Activity Types.
- On the Activity Types page, click Create.
- In the Create Activity Type dialog box, enter the name of the Activity Type that you want to create.For this exercise, enter View Product.
- Click Save.
Once created, your new Activity Type is displayed in the main MXO UI, as follows:
