Dynamic Outbound Menu
The Dynamic Outbound Menu feature will allow you to change the order of options presented to callers when they receive a callback.
The option to connect with an agent will always be presented first, but additional options such as rescheduling a callback can now be presented in a customized order.
This feature will be available in the On-Premise Callback user interface beginning with version 9.2. In the meantime, a VHT representative can assist you with updating the order of callback menu options for prior versions.
