Fixed issues
An issue causing choose-hold calls to be dropped in a specific scenario has been resolved.
When using Bridge Transfer rather than Blind Transfer, with Pass Treatment Through UUI disabled, AAI information was not attached to choose-hold calls. This could cause holding calls to drop after a short period of time, even when the customer was speaking with an agent. The issue only occurred in TIAL Avaya TSAPI integrations using On-Premise Callback 9.1 and IVG 5.1.
An update to the way that VIS handles this scenario will now ensure the AAI information is attached to the call, preventing it from being dropped.
