To configure the size of your Control Group

1. In MXO, choose Configure.
2. Select Control Group.
3. Ensure Customer Control Group is switched ON.
4. Set the percentage of customers you want to add to your Control Group in the Percentage box.
5. Click Update.

To turn off your Control Group

From time to time, you may want to turn off your Control Group. For example, during troubleshooting, to check whether or not optimizations are displaying to customers correctly.

1. In MXO, choose Configure.
2. Select Control Group.
3. Ensure Customer Control Group is switched OFF.
