Highlights

  • Weighting allows users to create weights for individual respondents to adjust their relative importance. Weights can be calculated based on single or multiple questions in a survey. For more information, see the documentation.

  • The Help section in the UI is more visible to users.

  • A new process queue allows for users to download SPSS reports, which display all data as expected.

Resolved issues

  • An issue involving question numbers in page/branching logic not updating when moving the questions around has been fixed.

  • The text/media question type thumbnail is updated and is now the same in appearance as the textbox thumbnail.

  • Existing Report Builder filters can be removed without error messages.

  • Uploaded files are purged as expected after respondents are deleted from surveys via API.

  • Base URLs for Prodege have been updated for API calls as follows:

  • The following issues in Survey Editor have been fixed:

    • In the List of Textbox question type, when "String length validation" is added, an extra space no longer appears after the word "length" in the display text.

    • In the MaxDiff question type, adding large text in the label no longer causes the page number to misalign.

    • In branching, the year for the date respondent is visible after selecting the different year and then the current year.

    • Multi-choice question options are now aligning into four columns when the column setting is set to 4.

    • For the List of Text Box question type, changing the "Input Field Width" properly reflects the size change in the Editor.

    • When selecting Arabic as a language, questions and answer choices are moving as expected.

    • Labels appear as expected when importing pages.

  • Surveys are no longer experiencing disruptions when adding special question types within the normal questions.

  • In the Viewer settings in Report Builder, you can specify whether a viewer can add items or not on the Filter tab. These settings are now working as expected and a viewer can not add items to the filter bar when "No" is selected.

  • An issue regarding adding CSL code to a text/media question type that was specifically affecting US2 and EU2 domains has been fixed.

  • Question Editor information links have been updated to https://docs.medallia.com/en/medallia-agile-research/surveys/question-types for each desired question type.

  • The Conjoint Summary element for Conjoint questions in reports shows bars.

  • Survey responses can be downloaded as expected as SPSS files.

  • Fixed an issue to transfer DNS records from 30366(EU) to 70000060(EU2).

  • Fixed an issue to transfer DNS records from 87146(US) to 60000133(US2).
