Highlights

  • The Upgrade subscription page has been removed. The content from this page has been added to the Billing page (Account > Billing).

  • Subscription pricing tiers have been updated to align with Medallia Experience Cloud.

  • Monthly plan options are being phased out. Details on this are being provided via in-app notifications.

Resolved issues

  • Headers on certain reports, which were not populating correctly, are now displayed as expected.

  • Client credit card information, which was not displaying updated information, is now showing as expected.

  • When importing contacts and selecting Don't update existing contacts, leave them alone and create new contacts for everyone in this file, certain contacts were instead being updated. Now each contact will be created as a new contact when this option is selected.

  • Privacy policy and terms of use links have been updated to the current version.

  • The body text of SMS invitations was missing in text messages received. The body of the text is now being displayed and delivered correctly.
