Resolved issues

  • Fixed an issue that prevented internal Medallia users from gaining full admin access to customers' Agile Research accounts. Now, when internal Medallia users access customers' Agile Research accounts from their Experience Cloud instances, they will have the following permissions:

    • Full Tool User with:

      • Contact administrator

      • Billing administrator

      • User administrator

      • Legal representative

      • API administrator

    • Create/launch/analyze survey rights

    • Access to all surveys

    • Access to only all contact lists

  • Fixed an issue causing the contents of survey messages to display incorrectly.

  • Fixed an issue preventing the default language of a survey appearing as a language option when importing contacts.

  • Fixed an issue with unintended data displaying in the respondent report.

  • Fixed an issue preventing large contact exports from completing because of timeouts.

  • Fixed an issue that prevented the Reset selected contacts button from displaying correctly.

  • Updated the Upload Zone to remove the Zendesk connection for Technical Support and Research Services.
