Posting surveys on LinkedIn

Using Medallia Agile Research, you can share your surveys on LinkedIn by posting it in discussion groups, on your company, page or by sending a LinkedIn Inmail to your LinkedIn connections without having to leave the tool.

Sharing your survey

After you have created your survey and tested it, complete the following steps:

  1. Open the survey you want to distribute via LinkedIn.
  2. Select Distribute > Add / Remove channel.

  3. Select Web and URL / Social media. Click Save.

  4. Launch the survey.
  5. Select Distribute again and select Web
  6. Select Survey URL.

  7. Select the Social Media tab.

  8. Click the LinkedIn icon. If you have created a multilingual survey, you'll see the button repeated for every available language as well as the language selection page

  9. A new tab will open where you can edit the contents of your update. (If you are not signed in yet, you will be prompted for your credentials first.)

    Tip: Encourage your respondents to share your survey link.
  10. You can choose between the following sharing possibilities:
    • Share with all of your connections

    • Share publicly

    • Post to a group that you are a member of

    • Send the invitation to certain individual connections only.

  11. Click Share to post your survey on LinkedIn.
