Posting surveys on X (formerly known as Twitter)

Using Medallia Agile Research, you can send your survey short URL to all of your X (formerly known as Twitter) followers directly from within the tool.

Tweeting your survey

  1. Open the survey you want to distribute via X.

  2. Select Distribute > Add / Remove channel.

  3. Select Web and URL / Social media. Click Save.

  4. Launch the survey.

  5. Select Distribute again and select Web

  6. Select Survey URL.

  7. Select the Social Media tab.

  8. Click the X icon. If you have created a multilingual survey, you'll see the button repeated for every available language as well as the language selection page

  9. A new tab will open where you can add an additional message to your post. (If you are not signed in to X yet, you will be prompted for your credentials first.)

    Tip: Encourage your respondents to retweet your survey link.

  10. Click Tweet to send your messages to your followers.

Many social media visitors use their smartphone. Make sure your survey is fit for mobile.
