Customer's Current Interaction
Detailed view provides the following information about the customer's current interaction:

| Channel icon and Touchpoint name | Channel icon and name of Touchpoint that the interaction occurred on. |
| Input URI | The Interaction Point URI that is passed to MXO when the Interaction Point is triggered by the Customer. For example, http://www.example.com/example/detail |
| Properties available on input | Properties passed to MXO on the URI when the Interaction Point is triggered. This might include a customer key, product code, marketing campaign code, or search parameter. For example, http://www.example.com/example/detail?someparam=QW2. |
| Matched Touchpoint | Name and base URI for the best matched Touchpoint. |
| Matched Interaction | Name and path of the best matched Interaction Point. If using wildcards, information about more than more than one interaction may be returned. |
