Interaction Info Data Adapter

The Interaction Info Data Adapter provides details about the Proposition and Activity Type related to the current customer Interaction.

This enables an organization to tailor the customer experience, presenting a customer with personalized content based on their current Interaction.

Example

A customer is viewing information about a new Platinum Credit Card offer available to them on a mobile phone app (the 'current Interaction').

This Interaction is classed as high-value and the organization want to enable the customer to speak to them about it as soon as possible. They can create an Eligibility Rule that shows the customer viewing that Interaction a personalized "Call now" or "Call me now" link.
