A Video Customer is the top level of the organization hierarchy in the Video platform. A Customer is created when the account is provisioned, and it is typically given the organization's name. All of an organization's channels are nested within the Customer.

Customer management facilitates Video settings at the Customer level, which are applied to all channels in the Customer group.

Available settings include:

• LEWD video detection controls the visibility to media that contain adult theme content

• Custom Dictionary applies text replacement and censorship to terms in transcripts

• Data Retention controls how long to retain media and transcript files before deleting them
