Embedding videos in surveys
To ask a question based on video content, you can add these videos to your survey. Because videos are often large and take some time to load, it is recommended that you embed videos using an external video site, such as YouTube or Vimeo.
The steps below are based upon a YouTube video, but they are the same for any other site.
In YouTube, open the video you want to embed. Click Share below the video and copy the URL that appears.
Open your survey.
Add a text/media question.
Select Embed video from the Insert media dropdown.
Paste the URL in this window and press enter. A preview of the chosen video appears.
Click Embed media add the video to the question and save the question.
The YouTube video is now embedded into the survey and will work on all screen types, including smartphones and desktops.
