Example Use Case
An insurance company want to know how recently a customer showed an interest in a special offer for Over 65 car insurance. Using the latest date in function they can check the last time the customer viewed the offer on their website. Call center agents could use this information to decide whether or not to follow up a customer's interest by phone.
