    • Default. A customer who does not yet have any identifier in MXO and is considered anonymous. A customer in a default state will only receive content tagged for default customers.
    • Recognized. A customer who has been identified and for whom MXO holds a customer key. A customer in a recognized state can receive content tagged for both default and recognized customers. Priority is given to recognized content.
    • Verified. A customer who has reached a Interaction Point that has been set as verified. For example, a customer who has logged on to online banking or gone through telephone security checks when connecting to a call center agent. A customer in a verified state can receive content tagged for default, recognized and verified customers. If available, verified content will be prioritized over recognized, and recognized over default.
  7. Click Add Assets to open your Asset library and choose the Asset you want to associate with the Action.By default, assets are displayed in List View. To see a thumbnail preview of each Asset, switch to Tile View.
