Step 12 - Preview and Test your Personalizations

After you've created your optimization, you can preview and test how it looks and works before making it available to customers.

As you preview the snapshot, you'll see the optimizations you added to the Space exactly as your site's customers would see them.

To preview and test your optimization

  1. Browse to the home page of your chosen website.
  2. On the toolbar, open the Mode menu and select Preview.
  3. Select In the works from the list of available snapshots, and click Save.
  4. Click Preview.Because you set up an Eligibility Rule for your Substitute Practice Graphic Action, nothing happens.
  5. Reload the home page three times.Your personalized graphic appears in place of the default graphic as you have now met the criteria (view the home page three times) specified in the Eligibility Rule.
