Embedding Digital code using Tealium Tag Manager

To embed Digital code using Tealium Tag Manager, complete the following steps:

  1. In the Tealium Tag Marketplace, add the Generic Tag to your profile.

  2. Configure the following settings and leave all other fields with default values:

    • Title (required) — Medallia Digital

    • Type (required) — Script

    • HTTP URL (required) — Use the Digital embed code from your property (see Retrieving Digital embed code for steps). The embed code is in the following format, where WebSiteId is a number:

      Use the value of src from the embed code, excluding the protocol, for the HTTP URL. For example:

      //nebula-cdn.kampyle.com/we/WebSiteId/onsite/embed.js

  3. Click Next.

  4. On the Load Rules tab, select the Load on all pages check box .

  5. Click Apply to save the tag.
  6. Publish the tag by clicking Save/Publish in the top right corner of the page. In the dialog that opens, enter 'Medallia Digital' in the Title field and add any notes for publishing the tag in the Notes field.
  7. Click Publish.
