What is the Core Instance?

The Core Instance is a grouping of applications to aide in call tracking and delivering the defined caller experience in Callback.

At least one Core Instance is required in a Callback solution. A seconds Core Instance can be deployed. A single Core Instance in a Callback solutions is typically referred to as a Standalone solution. Two Core Instances in a Callback solution is typically referred to as a HA (High Availability) solution.

Architecture Example

A Core Instance contains a set of Callback applications. These application MUST be installed together on a server/VM. There is no option to split these applications across multiple servers/VM
