Management Instance Architecture

What is the Management Instance?

The Management Instance is a grouping of applications to aide some in call tracking but is mostly leveraged to provide the various user interfaces in a Callback solution.

At least one Management Instance is required in a Callback solution. Additional Management Instances can be deployed. Management Instances do not failover when an issue occurs within one. The are standalone solutions. Typically a load balance is leveraged to allow for a single URL to browse pinging the different Management Instances to provide the various user interfaces in a Callback Solution.
