QWatch Client Architecture
What is the QWatch Client?
The QWatch Client is responsible for generating real-time queue statistics data for consumption by web services and APIs.
The QWatch Client is a required application always installed on each Management Instance server in a Callback solution.
Architecture Overview
Details on each connection point:
- Queue Manager is the application responsible for summarizing real-time queue statistics data. Queue Manager will pass this information to the QWatch Client.
- The QWatch Client will formulate the data into a manner that can be consumed by webservices and APIs. This is done by generating a pipe delimited text files with various real-time statistics.
