(9.0+) Outbound IVR logging

Outbound IVR (OB IVR) generates the following log file:

  • IVROutput Logs

Registry settings are used to configure the following:

  • Where the active files are located
  • What log level to write logs at

Important

When troubleshooting an issue, be sure to set the log level to the appropriate level to capture all the necessary information.

IVROutput logs

Used to see the connection status of outbound dial attempts and port counts being sent to Queue Manager.

*Should always be the root for ALL log files.

**Log level 5 should always be sufficient and should never be set lower than this value. Higher log levels should be only be needed when requested by VHT's Development team when researching issues within OB IVR.\
