IVG 5.3.1 (CCIS patch) release notes

Release highlights

Call Control Interaction Server (CCIS) has been upgraded to version 5.3.1.The new version of CCIS can be used with an existing installation of IVG 5.3. Use the steps below to update your existing IVG installation with the new CCIS patch:

  • Stop the tomcat service.
systemctl stop tomcat
  • Back up your current CCIS.war file (found at /export/home/tomcat-ivg/webapps by default).
mv CCIS.war CCIS.war.bkp
  • Copy the new CCIS.war file to /export/home/tomcat-ivg/webapps
  • Change the ownership of new CCIS.war file.
chown tomcat-ivg:tomcat-ivg CCIS.war
  • Clean the contents of the /export/home/tomcat-ivg/work folder.
rm -rf /export/home/tomcat-ivg/work/Catalina
  • Start the tomcat service.
systemctl start tomcat
