(9.1+) Viewing rule history

The History tab contains timestamped events of when a rule was triggered. From this page, you can also export a CSV.

Activity History

The Activity History displays all the timestamped events for each rule that was triggered. You can search and filter the rules based on:
  • Date the rule was triggered
  • Events that triggered the rule
  • Rule names that were triggered
  • Queues the rule was triggered for

You can search by more than one filter to create a customized history list of rules.

ActivityHistory

By default, Show All is selected and all rule history is displayed. The display is limited to the most recent 100,000 results.

TimestampLast event occurrence, most recent history first.
Rule EventSelect an action from the list of events. These actions include:
  • Created - timestamp of when the rule was created
  • Activated - timestamp of when the rule was activated
  • Deactivated - timestamp of when the rule was deactivated
  • Triggered - timestamp of when the rule was triggered
  • Changed - timestamp of when the rule was changed
  • Deleted - timestamp of when the rule was deleted
RuleDescription of the rule and its if/then parameters.
QueueSelect a specific queue to view the rules associated with it.By default, this is set to All.
ActionsA shortcut to view the rule and its activity history. Rules filter at the top will change to display chosen rule's name, other filters change to All. Adjust filters to see the activity history of this rule.

CSV export

Once you've filtered the rule history based on your specific filters, you can export the data in a CSV file.
