(9.0+) Retry Attempts

Retry Attempts settings determine how many times the system will try to reach the caller before giving up. It also allows control of how long to wait after each failure before trying again.

Maximum Busy Signals

Description Values
Sets the maximum number of times an Outreach call can fail with the result of busy before being cleaned up and marked as an Outreach max busy.

Valid: 0 - 999

Default: 2

Maximum Ringing Without Answers

Description Values
The maximum number of times an Outreach call can fail with the result of no answer before being cleaned up and marked as an Outreach max no answer.

Valid: 0 - 999

Default: 2

Maximum Answering Machines

Description Values
Sets the maximum number of times an Outreach call can fail with the result of Outreach answering machine before being cleaned up and marked as an Outreach max answering machine.

Valid: 0 - 999

Default: 2

Maximum Calls with No Response

Description Values
Once an answering machine answers an Outreach call, this value sets the number of times the ReCall_AnsMach_B prompt plays while waiting for someone to pick up the phone, before disconnecting and retrying again according to the Outreach - Retry period.

Valid: 0 - 999

Default: 1

Maximum Other Failures

Description Values

Sets the maximum number of times the system will try again due to a result other than:

  • busy signal
  • no answer
  • answering machine

Valid: 0 - 999

Default: 2

Maximum Total Failures (Busy, No Answer, etc.)

Sets the maximum number of times an Outreach call can fail with a mixed result before it is cleaned up and marked as an Outreach - Max Total Attempts.

Wait before Trying

Description Values
Sets the amount of time before an Outreach call is attempted again after failing to connect initially. Enter the value in hours, minutes and seconds (hh:mm:ss).
