(9.0+) Dial Pacing
Dial Pacing includes two settings that control how quickly callbacks are placed, sometimes referred to as "dialing aggressiveness".
The callback is launched when the call's remaining wait time is less than or equal to the Queue Time Remaining to Trigger Dial or its position in the queue is less than or equal to the launch position.
Queue Time Remaining to Trigger Dial

In some instances, the per call wait time may fluctuate so that Queue Time Remaining to Trigger Dial won't keep enough callbacks in queue.
